Community Transport

The Community Transport program specialises in assistance with your transport needs from your home to your destination and home again.

We provide door to door transport to attend your medical appointments whether it is to a medical centre, hospital or to see a specialist, visitation to aged care facilities, nursing homes, hospitals and cemeteries to visit loved ones.

Hills Community Care also runs weekly shopping trips and outings. A driver or volunteer driver will pick you up and take you home again.

Our Social Outings include places of interest around Sydney, the Central Coast and Lower Blue Mountains including morning tea and lunch.

Mystery Tours includes being taken to a mystery location for a picnic lunch.
